This project was successfully completed for Northern Ireland Water to upgrade the existing Newry Depot in line with current regulations and to provide additional office accommodation for the relocation of the Newry Office for the Department for Infrastructure. Working closely with NIW Project Managers the upgrades were completed with minimum disruption to on-site activities.
The project required internal demolition of existing structures to provide space for individual office and meeting rooms equipped with the latest IT Services.
